We hope you had a wonderfully restful winter break 🙂 This is just a friendly reminder that our first meeting of the semester is happening today, January 19, from 7PM to 8:30PM EST, on the Art Club Discord server.

This Week’s Theme: Collages / Inspiration Boards

For our first meeting, we are going to create our own Inspiration Boards! Inspiration Boards are a type of collage that are oftentimes used to visually portray one’s personal goals and aspirations. If that doesn’t float your boat, you can elect to explore the practice of collage-making however you want! Come prepared with whatever art-making tools you have available (recommended materials: old magazines, scissors, paper, and glue).

If you don’t have the physical tools available, no worries – you can easily create collages with free editing programs also. As an example, you can use your OSU account with Adobe Spark. Use the tools that feel most comfortable for you!
