The composting committee’s goal is to introduce composting on and around campus. Know Food Waste recognizes that not all food waste can be avoided, so it is important that unavoidable food waste is properly disposed of to limit the amount of food sent to landfills. We have had a few successful composting programs thus far and are working to make them more accessible to students on campus!
