Butternut Farm Wildcat Sanctuary

 

  

 

“BFWS is home to exotic animals including cougars, bobcats, African servals, red fox and Alaskan timber wolf. They have come to our sanctuary from other owners who were no longer able to take care of them. BFWS is also dedicated to educating the public about the species of wildcats we have at the sanctuary and issues that are threatening their survival as well as the circumstances of owning an exotic animal as a pet.”

 

Our organization organizes a weekly carpool to send volunteers out to Butternut, where they help with grounds and building maintenance, cleaning, food preparation, creating enrichment, and anything else the sanctuary may need!
