RAS aims to enhance the knowledge and experiences of OSU Black male athletes by creating an area where we can come together and speak with no judgement.

We plan to bring together the black athlete community by having discussions, panels, and fun events that all correlate to social issues that are going on today. Creating this environment will help our fellow athletes feel comfortable to be their true self. Being in this organization will also challenge everyone, not only the executive board but general members, to be a leader at their teams and in the Black community on campus.

We want to also be able to connect black male athletes with each other and other professional men in the world to set them up for life after college and after sports.
