Casey has 20 years of experience as a mechanical engineer and project manager in design and construction management for a variety of clients – private, governmental, commercial, healthcare, athletics, aviation, and education – involving the renovation of existing buildings and new construction. His responsibilities span all phases of the projects, from initial assessments, design, quality control, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

 

Ryan Michel, HFDP

Ryan is a mechanical engineer with 10 years of experience. He has been involved in many multi-faceted engineering design teams and is a key player in various capacities, from project manager to mechanical engineer to technical reviewer. He has designed a diverse array of mechanical systems, including high-efficiency central plants, ground source heat pumps, variable refrigerant systems, fan coil and VAV reheat systems, pool and hydrotherapy systems, systems for noise-sensitive environments, pressurization controls for hospitals, heat and energy recovery systems, and dedicated outdoor air systems.

Ryan’s project diversity includes USP 797/800 compliant clean room suites, military bases, hospitals, jails, schools, police and fire training stations, municipal buildings, higher education, laboratories, manufacturing/ warehouses, office buildings, and wastewater treatment plants.
