- Membership is open to any current full or part-time undergraduate student currently enrolled at the Ohio State University. Students are able to join the organization at any time during the semester.
- Members are required to attend a minimum of 25% of student organization meetings remaining after the time the member joins the organization. For example, if a student joins near the end of the semester and there are 4 remaining meetings, they will only be required to attend 1 of the meetings. If a student joined the organization and there were 10 remaining meetings in that given semester, they would be required to attend 3 meetings to maintain membership.
- Members will be encouraged to sign up for presentation of a journal article, although, this is not required.
- Our members gain the opportunity to network and be a part of a community of a variety of majors at Ohio State University with a shared interest in exercise and nutrition.
- Reading and discussion of scientific literature promotes development of creative thinking, scientific literacy, and knowledge.
- Our members gain the opportunity to sign up for presentations which promotes development of public speaking abilities and presentational skills.

- Join our GroupMe. This is where we will post meeting information, updates, and presentations.
- Attend a meeting. After which, you will officially become a member. Guidelines for maintaining membership can be found above and in our constitution.
