Honoring the Graduating Members of OSUFSC

As our year comes to a close and we are all finished with finals, let’s take some time to celebrate and bid farewell to some of our favorite members! This year, the Ohio State Club Figure Skating Team is saying goodbye to a group of exceptional skaters who have not only left their mark on the ice but on THE Ohio State University as well!

Angela Bosher: Angela is graduating this year with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy! Dr. Bosher will be working as an acute care PT in the hospital setting after graduation. Her favorite memory with our team was Traveling to Los Angeles for the National Intercollegiate Final in 2023.

On the ice and off the ice Angela has been an integral part of our team. She is even a US Collegiate Skating ambassador! OSUFSC is the second collegiate figure skating team that she has been on after completing her undergrad degree at Liberty University. Angela is a photographer and has been taking photos of our skaters at many of our competitions and practices. We are going to miss her so much!! Thank you Angela <3

Taylor Wedding: Taylor will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in French.  Taylor will be taking a gap year and possibly teaching in France. Then she will be attending PA school! Her favorite OSUFSC memory is post-practice sweet treats with her teammates!

Taylor is our team’s resident swiftie and we love her infectious joy at practice. Chasing down skaters with her was the highlight of my US Figure Skating Nationals experience. She cares deeply about everything she does and has done amazing work in her job at the Wexner Medical Center.  We will miss her so much next year! Darlin’, don’t you ever grow up.

Maya Hollander: Maya will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness. She will be taking a gap year to work in health education and promotion before going back to school to get her masters. Her favorite OSUFSC memory was competing at home for her last competition. Bonus for getting off the ice to coach Abby crying!

Maya is a shining light on our team. At our competitions, she is always cheering our skaters on with a beautiful smile on her face. She also coaches Learn to Skate at the Chiller ice rink and is a member of the Rho Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi. We love her and will miss her dearly!

Harrison Andary: Harrison will be graduating this year with a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Arabic. After graduating, he will be taking a gap year to travel and then applying to medical school!

Fati Masood: Fati is currently a suicide prevention specialist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and she plans to continue to work there after she graduates!

To all our graduating members, we want to thank you for your contributions to the Ohio State Figure Skating Club. As you spread your wings, remember that you’ll always have a home with us. Once a Buckeye skater, always a Buckeye skater!

Congratulations, Class of 2024! 🎓⛸️ #OSU #FigureSkating #ClassOf2024 #BuckeyePride
