Mentorship
One of our biggest functions of our student organization is providing undergraduate student mentors from The Ohio State University to local teams of all levels. Our student mentors range in skill levels and areas of expertise. Technical skills could include mechanical engineering and fabrication, electrical engineering and fabrication, robot programming, software engineering, CAD, and welding. Non-technical skills could include strategy, project management, finance, marketing, and media. Many of our student mentors are FIRST® Alumni and/or participants of our Robot in 3 Days project team and are willing to give back. You do not have to be local to the Columbus, Ohio area to receive mentorship opportunities – we are always able to provide remote support as needed.
