As we near the end of the semester, I would just like to touch base with you all about our upcoming events.

1. Despite our last two monthly research meetings being cancelled, we are still planning to hold one final monthly meeting on Monday November 30^th at 12pm EST. If you would like to present for our final meeting, please email Xuechao (Jane)  qian.211@osu.edu by November 23^rd to indicate your interest.
2. Also, our weekly study sessions are cancelled for the remainder of the semester. We may resume these again in coming semesters, but as pressure mounts closer to finals, it seems these may not be as useful, hence the pause.
3. However! We got a winner from our vote on GWE masks! We will be purchasing the mint mask with white lettering for each of you on this email list. To avoid contagion issues, we are currently planning to leave them in your mailboxes in your respective departments for you to pick up at your earliest convenience. Please bear in mind, these may take a while to be delivered, but we will let you know once they have arrived. Also, please let us know if this may cause any issues for you (ex: graduation / no mailbox, etc.)

Finally, I want to congratulate you all on getting this far during this wild semester. We’re almost there!
