  1. I was wondering what the eligibility requirements are for student travel grants. I have submitted a proposal to present but won’t know if it has been accepted until February 15. I would also love to know more about the process of applying for those grants. I’d like to attend the conference whether presenting or not, but would be traveling from relatively far away.

    1. Hi Jason! Great to hear from you and that you’re interested. The program committee have their own system for determining student travel grant awards that the conference committee isn’t involved with. If you indicated on the abstract submission site that you are a student, you will be considered for a student travel grant. Once the program committee has finished reviewing the submissions, we will know more about the travel grants. I hope this helps! Have a good weekend!

      Best,
