Emma Maher
Emma is an Honors student from Cincinnati, Ohio, double majoring in Geography and International Studies with a minor in Spanish. She is president of the Geography Club and has been a member of the Club Tennis team since freshman year. She works as a research assistant in the Department of Geography’s Interdiction Lab and is currently working on her own research project on extreme heat adaptation in Seville, Spain, for her thesis. She plans on pursuing her Master’s in Geography and a future career in climate policy. Outside of school and work she loves baking, reading, and traveling.
