- Contribute to making STEM a fun experience.

Test Writer
Invitational Personnel
- Test writers are a crucial part in ensuring that our invitational is a success.
- Test writers must have prior experience in the respective Science Olympiad event or the basic concept of the event.
- There will be an application and interview process for becoming a test writer.
Event Supervisor
Invitational Personnel
- Event supervisors will be present on the day of the competition to oversee a specific event (2023).
Volunteer
Invitational Personnel or Outreach Personnel
- Invitational volunteers will be present on the day of the competition (2023).
- Volunteers will be provided with training.
- Volunteers can also sign up for outreach events by helping to lead STEM activities for K-8 students (2022).
Core Members
- Core members are those committed to the organization year-round and will be placed in a committee as a manager or committee member.
- Our members are mostly Science Olympiad Alumni who are dedicated and enthusiatic about STEM.
Planning
Committee
Planning is responsible for making sure the invitational is well planned and executed. Planning will have to deal with aspects of test writing, invitational location, etc.
Fundraising
Committee
The fundraising committee is responsible in securing funds, making the invitationals possible.
Marketing
Committee
Marketing is responsible for the newsletter and social media, ensuring that all information is properly communicated to represent who we are as a student organization.
Outreach
Committee
Outreach is responsible is recruiting members, volunteers, and other personnel. Outreach is also crucial for planning STEM activities for K-12 students in Central Ohio after the 2022 invitational.
