Purpose-driven Leadership is one of Phi Delta Chi’s core values. There are many opportunities for Brothers to develop their leadership skills, from informal leadership positions to the Worthy Board of the Chapter or Regional/National Leadership positions.
What does Xi Chapter do to embody this value?
- Every other year, Phi Delta Chi holds The Leader-Development Seminar in collaboration with the Pharmacy Leadership and Education Institute. This conference is a great way for Brothers to work on their leadership skills and to network with Brothers from other chapters.
- The Worthy Board consists of 9 Worthy Officers. There are also many committee chair and member positions open for Brothers. All of these opportunities are great ways to become a leader and to build your skills!
- There are plenty of opportunities to take the lead on events or with short-term projects!
