About Me:
Hi! I am Natalie Hagy and I am a P3 student from Hilliard, Ohio, just west of campus. I am a huge proponent for advocacy at the college working as a chair of the Advocacy Collaborative as well as the Vice President of Policy for APhA. In addition to these involvements, I am the P3 Class President and Sergeant at Arms for Kappa Psi. I am interested in hospital and ambulatory care pharmacy, especially related to administration, regulation, and healthy aging. I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading some inspirational books, and playing League of Legends.
For me, leadership is about realizing potential. A true leader works to make their people stronger and self sustaining so that they, too, can be leaders. I am big about delegation and personalizing experiences to watch others grow. I always use the example of, if I need to design a poster, I am not going to do it myself because I draw like a new 4th grader. I would look to uncover the artistic talents of a peer and learn about their dreams and aspirations to help them reach that next step.
Fun Fact: I was the Bishop of the Catholic Dioceses of Columbus for 20 minutes.
