What Leadership Means to Me:
Leadership, to me, is about helping find an inclusive solution that includes diverse inputs for better outcomes. I believe the best form of leadership is exhibiting by those who listen to others and lead by example. By listening and creating a plan together, better and more efficient outcomes are possible that can create a better environment for people to not only express their ideas but also live harmoniously.
