Hi my name is Sam. I’m a P2 from Avon Lake, Ohio (by Cleveland) and I am your chapter Delegate! I’m currently working at Mount Carmel St Ann’s Outpatient pharmacy and I’m an Asian Free Clinic Coordinator! I have a passion for both advocacy and clinical pharmacy. I love writing and hiking in my free time. I’m a big animal person who currently has 2 dogs, a cat, and a bunch of lizards (ask me for pictures).
