The Editorial Board handles the content creation and review process of UEJ. Each editor works individually with writers and other content producers to assist in all facets of the creation process: brainstorming, writing, editing, and publishing. Additionally, each member of the editorial board serves as a referee for UEJ’s annual academic journal issue.
