Accountability for us is the obligation for Backburner to foster an inclusive environment, to accept responsibility when those conditions are not met, handle improper conduct professionally and sympathetically, and to do everything we can to prevent further detrimental actions from occurring. This requires consistent self evaluation as an organization and among the leadership so Backburner always has a clear set of goals to strive for.
