Out of Office
Purpose:
To have an organization of business professionals that openly accepts all. A community in the Fisher College of Business Graduate school that can support, voice, and provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ students and allies. Where students can have open discussions about business and how it relates to the LGBTQ community. Provide networking and learning opportunities with local companies and FCOB LGBTQ alumni. It is a platform to continue to educate all the graduate school of business about the LGBTQ community and how to be an ally.
Goals:
- Provide education to the Fisher Graduate school of business on LGBTQ+ issues, rights, and workplace concerns during the 2021-2022 school year with learning campaigns.
- Provide educational opportunities on what it means to be an ally and why you should be.
- Actively engage each graduate program in the Fisher Graduate school of business to build membership and succession plans for next year’s board.
