Shivangi Mohta – President

She is a second-year student at The Ohio State University pursing a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Global Public Health. In the future, she aims to establish a career in medicine. She co-founded Sikha on the premise of extending the privileges provided by The Ohio State University to those who have aspirations but lack opportunity.

Megha Rajesh – Treasurer 

She is currently a second year Computer Science & Engineering Major with a Business Minor at The Ohio State University. She was one of the co-founders of Sikha because she truly believes that with the right guidance any student can achieve their dreams.

Meghana Kanathur – VP of Operations

She is a second-year student at The Ohio State University, studying Neuroscience and pursuing a career in medicine. As STEM has always played a predominant role in her life, she co-founded Sikha because she is eager to share impactful opportunities with students who may need support in realizing their passion.

Pradnya Karne – VP of Marketing

She is a second-year student at The Ohio State University, studying Industrial Systems and Engineering at Ohio State with minors in Business and Public Policy. With Sikha, she hopes to cultivate her passion for equal education around the world and truly make a difference in children’s lives.

Jay Plasman – Faculty Advisor

He is an assistant professor in Workforce Development and Education in the College of Education and Human Ecology at the Ohio State University. He joined Sikha because he believes that the right educational inspirations can lead to a stronger generation for the 21st century.
