When Annie Chen Luo and Allison Quynh Le Bui began their undergraduate at The Ohio State University, they felt a lack of diversity within the asian-interest multicultural greek community. In the Spring of 2018, inspired by the Beta Chapter of Delta Phi Lambda at the University of Cincinnati, Annie Luo and Allison Bui formed an asian-interest group on campus called Elysian. This interest group comprised of 12 dedicated female leaders: Anna Mo, Angel Eng, Annie Chen Luo, Allison Quynh Le Bui, Hue Ngoc Tran, Kaumin Chen, Elena Zhan, Tram Thuy Pham, Mar Lin, Jennie Neu Zhang, Truyet Minh Nguyen, and Sydney Bolomey.

With an emphasis on womxn empowerment, leadership, and cultural competency, this group of amazing women established themselves within the Multicultural Greek Council. On March 31st, 2019, the trailblazing twelve established Delta Phi Lambda at The Ohio State University. The future of this chapter will continue to remain strong through unity and will live on through the works of the charter class and future generations to come. Let Our Light Shine Forth.
