Note: For this semester only, due to registration issues, you may submit a fund request and registration at the same time. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN ORDER TO RECIEVE MONEY.
In order to be eligible to request funds, the following requirements must be met:
A representative must attend the fund request meeting during the semester being requested.
During this meeting, you will be expected to present a PowerPoint explaining the purpose of the funds, and the reason for the request.
Approval of the request will be contingent on approval from the majority of the general body, as well as meeting all other conditions on this page.
The Student Org. must have be registered with ECouncil for the school year and have two consecutive semesters of good attendance (missing no more than one meeting a semester).
You can not request two semesters in a row, only once per academic year.
A representative from the org must have been present for all but at most 1 meeting for the Engineers Council.
Procedure for Requesting Funds:
