Ohio State AIChE Student Regional Conference:
This year, Ohio State’s chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers is hosting the annual North Central Student Conference. This event will span two days and we expect close to 200 student attendees from universities throughout the Midwest. We are offering a variety of professional and academic workshops, along with networking opportunities and a career fair.
Locations: William G. Lowrie Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Building, Jesse Owens South Gym
Date and Time: April 5th 2024, 2 PM – 8 PM; April 6th, 7 AM – 8 PM
Volunteers will be responsible for helping with set up and registration, directing people to various event locations, and tear down/clean-up. Reach out to Megan Fahrenkamp (fahrenkamp.5@osu.edu) or Reva Sharma (sharma.1081@osu.edu) to sign up to volunteer for this event.
Beaux Arts Ball
This event is an end of year celebration for students at Knowlton hosted by the American Institute of Architecture Students at Ohio State. It is a dance and a celebration of graduating students and leadership in AIAS. We will need help with set-up before the event starts and tear-down after the event ends.
Location: North Bank Park Pavilion (311 W Long St, Columbus, OH 43215)
Date and Time: Thursday, April 4th 2024, 8-11pm
Shift Times: 6:30pm-7:30pm, 11:15pm-12am
