Columbus, Ohio (December 7, 2019) – The second annual FIRST® LEGO League regional qualifier hosted by the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and FIRST® Alumni and Robotics at Ohio State (FROS) was held on The Ohio State University’s campus. This year’s event was held on December 7th at Hitchcock Hall and was the beginning of an exciting partnership between the two student organizations. We recruited most of our volunteers from these two on-campus organizations in addition to Engineers Without Borders. We would like to give a huge thanks to all of our volunteers who truly made this event possible.

We were able to host 19 teams at our event and advance 9 teams to the FIRST LEGO League Dublin Robotics Boosters District Tournament on January 11th at Jerome High School.
