In celebration of 10/10, we will be playing games such as Capture the Flag and Dodgeball. 10/10 commemorates the start of the Wuchang Uprising which to the collapse of the imperial Qing dynasty.

Tangyuan Night

Tangyuan is a dessert served during the Lantern Festival (and other holidays) to symbolize togetherness. Tangyuan is a glutinous rice ball served in syrup or broth and contains fillings like peanuts or sesame seed paste.
Taiwanese Art History
Where: Ohio Union Meeting Room 3
When: March 30th 6-8PM
Dr. Christina Mathison will be introducing colonial Taiwanese art history through discussion. We will be using what we learn to draw and write thoughtful cards to the elderly in NYC’s Chinatown through a non-profit, Heart of Dinner. We will be giving away 15 bubble tea drinks from our sponsors, Cuppa Cha. Cuppa Cha is a Chinese-owned business that sources high-quality tea leaves, located on West Lane Ave.
8th Annual Night Market

Join us for TASA’s biggest event of the semester: Night Market! Taiwanese night markets have become a modern hub of diverse food and cultures. Our night market will emulate a real night market in Taiwan. OSU clubs will be selling xiaochi (small snacks) and carnival games or singing and performing.
