While perusing the ASDA website, I came across one of their guidebooks for constructing a chapter website. It had some useful information, but most importantly I found some old links to a national blog-post-series about successful ASDA chapter websites of yore (2011-2013 era). Apparently back in the day, OSU had quite the website and even won a Gold Crown for it. I found this interesting article in Mouthing Off, the old ASDA newsletter where they interviewed the creators of the bygone website. It gave me some great insight on how making a website by yourself is typically a bad idea, among other great tips. Definitely worth the read! The chapter guidebook mentioned earlier also had a lot of fun links to defunct chapter websites, including this one for Connecticut which may or may not raise cyber-security issues for your computers as it’s all in Chinese now.

At any rate, I attached a screenshot of whatever my predecessors created some 6 years ago.
