How to Register with SLDS

Student Life Disability Services (SLDS) is a division of the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University that provides accommodations and support services for students with disabilities. This includes students with mental health conditions, chronic illnesses, temporary injuries/illnesses, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other conditions that may impact a student’s ability to succeed at Ohio State.
