Communication and Political Science (CAPS): A working group comprised of multiple of faculty members and graduate students interested in political communication broadly  (contact Dr. William P. Eveland, Jr eveland.6@osu.edu).

The Dynamics of Cognition & Communication (TheDocc) and the Communication and Psychophysiology lab (CAPlab): Dr. Joyce Wang’s labs, which focus on psychophysiological measurement and quantum, dynamic models of media use and effects (Wang.1243@osu.edu).

Media Entertainment and Media Effects (MEME): A working group comprised of multiple faculty members and graduate students interested in media entertainment effects (contact Dr. Nic Matthews matthews.345@osu.edu).

Narrative Research Lab: A working group comprised of multiple faculty members and graduate students interested in the effects of narrative exposure (contact Dr. Emily Moyer-Guse moyer-guse.1@osu.edu).

CHRONOS: Dr. Teresa Lynch’s lab, which focuses the emotional and social processing of video games (lynch.659@osu.edu).

Communication and Cognitive Systems: Dr. Jason Coronel’s lab, which focuses on applying eye-tracking as a methodology to political communication processes coronel.4@osu.edu).

COSMOS: A working group comprised of both faculty and graduate students that focuses on computational approaches to the study of communication (contact Dr. Robert Bond bond.136@osu.edu).

Team Fluency: Team Fluency, led by Dr. Hillary Shulman, is a research group that brings scholars with wide-ranging interests to address the common theme of cognition’s role in communication (shulman.36@osu.edu).
