Hi everyone! Our first meeting of the year is tonight (Monday the 26th) at 9:00 PM in the Student Alumni Council Room on the second floor of the Ohio Union! In honor of the occasion, here is a list of 10 reasons why YOU should be there!
  1. THERE WILL BE FREE PIZZA. Feel free to stop now without shame if that does it for you.
  2. Seriously, the free pizza part is true, no matter what comes after that.
  3. Some members have reported figuring out their life and what they want to do with it only after spending time with The Sundial Staff.
  4. Ex-President Gee was quoted as having said he “thinks that’s great.” Was he talking about The Sundial? There’s no way of knowing. But YES.
  5. Every single member of The Sundial gets to be best friends with Beyonce, a past Editor-In-Chief, for one day of their choosing.
  6. The Sundial staffers are immortal.
  7. I (Collin Gossel) will give a hug of no less than 4 seconds to every person who attends the meeting tonight. Some people may not want that, but it’s happening.
  8. I was just talking with your high school crush who turned you down and broke your heart and he/she thinks that writing comedy is the one thing that would have made him/her love you. Don’t let that happen again!
  9. People who have never written comedy before are totally welcome! Also, people who have never written! We want OSU’s illiterate population on our side!
  10. You will have a really great, hilarious time with super fun people who love comedy! (true)
