Dear Debra,
I got your email about Peter and Vincent, and first off I would like to apologize for any discomfort these events may have caused you. I’m going to have a word with them ASAP, but I don’t want to make this a bigger deal than it needs to be.
Listen, Peter and Vincent are nice guys, and you can’t blame them for expressing an interest in you. If you feel uncomfortable I would advise you to avoid them. If you see them in the hallway try looking at your phone or taking an alternate route. Also, try to avoid anything that could be misinterpreted as flirtatious or provocative. If need be, state your disinterest directly, don’t feel as if you need to go trough me to resolve these issues. I don’t mean to suggest that I’m not concerned about this, because I very much am.
Thank you for contacting me. These matters are of great importance to me, and I hope I can help.
Sincerely,
David (RA)
