Disability Advocacy Coalition – Understanding Dyslexia

We would love to invite you to a special event hosted by OSUCOM’s Disability Advocacy Coalition (DAC) featuring the International Dyslexia Association (Oregon Branch). This discussion will include topics on understanding dyslexia, its prevalence and risk factors, the personal and societal impact of unrecognized dyslexia, treatment, and how we in the medical field play a role in supporting individuals with dyslexia. There will also be a panel of students and adults to share their journeys with dyslexia!
