Even though we can’t be with each other in person, we want to encourage all conference attendees to get to know each other. To facilitate that, we’ve added various ways to connect with others.

Meet and Greet/Networking

Using the platform Glimpse, we have three slots of “speed-Networking.” If you choose to sign up, each person will be randomly paired with another attendee for 5-min video calls. Then you’ll get paired with someone else for the next 5 minutes!

There are three different time slots to accommodate attendees in different time zones:

March 6, 5-6 PM EST
March 7, 7-8 AM EST
March 7, 11-12 AM EST

Social Zoom

We will have a Zoom account open during select sessions and coffee breaks dedicated to hanging out and meeting new people. Information about the Zoom link will be sent out to the Future Directions listserv.
